Goals

• to digitize and simplify the mortgage application process for mortgage brokers
• to create a self-service system to reduce the load on the branch network
• to design a complete UX and visual style of a web application

Context

Komerční banka wanted to provide an intuitive and quick system for its external financial advisors in which they could administer mortgage products, enter business leads by themselves, provide financial modelling for mortgages, monitor the status of client applications, and save essential documents from their clients.

Challenge

For the approval of a mortgage loan by the bank, it is necessary to provide a lot of information that differs according to the type of real property to be financed and the applicant’s situation. When designing the B2B system, we had to be fully acquainted with the complicated process of loan granting.

Another challenge was the fact that financial advisors ranged from individuals to consulting companies, each of which applied their own, unique approach to the application process, especially in terms of working procedures, specific requirements and their subsequent integration.
