Project Objective

Create a prototype of acquiring new clients for Air Bank of Kazakhstan with support for direct marketing of products. Create a prototype of Internet banking, ie. online channel for client access to their payment cards, deposits and payment systems. Create a basic layout of administrative environment for bank staff to manage processes, clients and products.

Project scope

Analysis of the needs, requirements and user behavior using methods HCD. Making hypotheses, information architecture and user journeys. Implementation of a prototype of the acquisition process and Internet banking. Preparation of scenarios and evaluation results of usability tests with users in Kazakhstan. Creating UI graphics for the acquisition process and the basic design graphics principles for internet banking.
